The hotel had decent-sized rooms with clean and comfortable beds but were not spacious enough for four adults. While the room looked fine, there was a concern about the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel. The service was exceptional, with very kind and welcoming staff that went above and beyond, although some aspects were overlooked. The location was comfortable and in a convenient spot near the German Consulate and close to the Galleria and River Oaks District. However, it was noted that the hotel is in need of a renovation to improve its appearance. The dining experience was extremely basic with limited options and dated facilities. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs but offers good value for money.
The hotel had a very good room with clean and comfortable facilities and a nice garden courtyard. However, there was a slight musty smell in the room like a locker room. The service was nice, especially the staff at the front desk like Lisa, but there were some issues with controlling odors. The location was great with easy access to restaurants and highway, but the dining experience was subpar due to inadequate tables. The pool and park area were beautiful, and the overall stay was ideal for the planned trip. The price was justified for what they offered, although improvements in dining could be made.
